Collections View

Active Directory Browsers

Fixed an issue in the Active Directory Tree Browser which would cause the program to crash. The bug would occur whenever you expanded an OU in the browser and then clicked away from the program, i.e. by clicking on the desktop or another program.
Fixed an issue in all browser dialogs: when searching for a computer object in Active Directory, managed service accounts (MSAs) would also be displayed.
Modified the Active Directory Tree browser to start up on the currently selected OU rather than the root of the tree.

Import from Remote Machine

Fixed an issue where the app would crash when attempting to import resources from a remote machine where the software was not installed. The app now verifies the software is actually installed on the remote machine before attempting the import.
Removed the dependence on Remote Registry for Importing from a Remote Machine. This reliance would cause the import to completely fail if the remote registry service was not running on the remote machine.

Fixed an issue in the processing of Office 365 email messages where an email message containing HTML tags would appear incorrectly formatted.

Log Files

Fixed an issue where manually removing the logging options from the registry could cause the app to crash on startup.
Fixed an issue where a Can't open log file error message would repeatedly appear on the screen. This error would only occur if the log files had been manually set to read only.

ADHQ Lite v9.6.0.0 adds the following enhancements:

General

Added the Import Resources from Remote Machine feature to simplify moving the software to a new machine without losing custom resources such as reports or tasks.
Added automatic conversion of email text to HTML format for Office 365 mail messages.
Added a new template parameter for removing generational suffixes (Jr., III, Sr, etc.) from names.

Importing

Added the ability to modify the format of user's first, last, and middle name as they are being imported, to uppercase, lowercase, or title case.
Added Custom Rules to the import wizard allowing modifications to the import data as it's being read in. For example, you can now combine the data in other columns to create the destination OU.
Added the ability to use import settings from similar previously imported files (i.e. files with the same column layout). Prior to this change you could only re-use import settings if there was an exact filename match.

Property Tools

Added a View Nested button to the Group tab of all the object property tools. Clicking the button will show all the groups an object is a member of, via both direct and nested membership.

Move Tool

Added the ability to override accidental deletion protection in the Move tool. Moves are not allowed within Active Directory if the accidental deletion protection is currently enabled.
Added limited support for inter-domain moves to the Move User tool.

Scheduled Tasks

Added enhanced support for the use of MSA (or gMSA) accounts in the task credentials. MSA accounts are recommended by Microsoft in lieu of traditional user accounts.

ADHQ Lite v9.6.0.0 addresses the following issues:

Modified the main application to allow non-admins to run the software.
Creating an Office 365 app registration in an Enterprise profile would sometimes fail causing the Admin Console to crash when trying to save the profile after the app registration was created.

Office 365 Is Licensed	Does the user have an Office 365 license?
Office 365 Licenses	List of all Office 365 licenses and the user's assigned status
Office 365 Plans	List of all Office 365 service plans and the user's assigned status
Office 365 Logon Name	Office 365 logon name
Office 365 Last Sync Time	Last date and time the Office account was synched to Active Directory via the AD Connector
Office 365 Mailbox Enabled	Does the user have an Office 365 mailbox?
Office 365 Object ID	Globally unique Office 365 object ID
Office 365 Account Blocked	Is the Office 365 account blocked?
Office 365 Usage Location	Office 365 usage location (i.e. the country the license is being used in)?
Security Properties
Is Password Empty	Is the user's password empty?
MNS Logon Account	An MNS account is required for the operation of cluster nodes for Windows Server 2003 (and newer). This flag should never be set for a user account.
Inter Domain Trust Account	Account is a special hidden account to facilitate trusts between two domains
Trusted For Delegation	Is this service account trusted for delegation (i.e. can it temporarily use the identity of a user of the service)?
Group Properties
Nested Groups	a list of only the nested groups contained within a parent group (i.e. not the users)
Nested Groups Count	the count of only the nested groups contained within a parent group (i.e. not the users)

Add/Modify/Import User

Added the ability create a synched Office 365 account when adding or importing a user.
Added the ability to set the user's Office 365 Usage Location, assign licenses, and enable specific service plans.
Added the ability to create a remote Exchange mailbox for hybrid Office 365 environments

Scheduled Tasks

Added optional expiration date and time for scheduled tasks and ability to delete the task after it expires
Added ability to repeat tasks (e.g. run the task every half hour)
